You will learn the natural history of several native wildlife species, their habitat requirements, and ways to make your own yard more beneficial to wildlife. Participants will learn basic identification techniques for wildlife tracks, skulls, pelts, and scat and why these skills are important for wildlife biologists. Each participant will get to make their own make-it-take-it plaster casting of an animal track.
