Join Carolina Raptor Center 6000 Sample Road, Huntersville, NC for monthly Homeschool Days to celebrate learning outdoors and experience fun, educational activities for children of all ages! Each month will highlight a new topic that focuses on a wide variety of different STEM-related themes. You’ll find that a visit to CRC will meet many of the science-based goals included in your homeschool curriculum.

Octobers’s Homeschool Day theme is “The Science of All Things Icky” Learn all about the gross side of nature on October 27 at CRC [pre-registration is required].

Celebrate learning outdoors and experience fun, educational activities during this monthly event for school-aged children.

• Homeschool Days occur on the fourth Tuesday of each month
• Six start times: 9 am, 9:30 am, 10 am, 10:30 am, 11 am, 11:30 am
• Maximum of 25 people for each start time to allow for social distancing
• Pre-registration is required, no walk ups will be allowed on the day of the event
• Adults: $10, Children: $6, Under 3: Free
• Tickets include admission to the Raptor Trail and the educational activities designed for Homeschool Day
• Refunds are available only up to 48 hours before the event
